Executive Summary: Please summarize your submission in 500 words or less. In the event the nominee becomes a Finalist, the Executive Summary will be the only document distributed to the Executive Committee, i.e. the voters.

Your summary must include the following items:

• Project(s) Description: Please summarize why this Firm or Project should be nominated. Include the scope of work, project size, location, commercial success, and any additional information for the project completed in 2024 that you have referenced above.
• Social Impact: Please describe with specificity the positive impact which the nominee has on societal issues (at a local, state or national level), including reference to the services provided, people served and anticipated goals of the project.
• Description of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Components: The nominee should include detail as to how the project addressed issues of diversity, equity and inclusion, including discussion of any of the elements described above in the category description.
• Community Impact: Nominations for this category were made on behalf of individuals, companies or institutions that have demonstrated a positive impact on the community through a transaction, project or directive involving land, buildings, public area, diversity initiatives or other general uses within the real estate field. Community is defined as a neighborhood area or the region as a whole.

Additionally, please submit up to four photographs (maximum 1MB each) of nominee projects, buildings, or headshots below. All files must be appropriately named and cannot contain special characters. No additional collateral will be accepted.
