- The deal must include multiple party involvements, an unusual level of complexity and contain truly unique challenges that were overcome by the parties to the submission.
- To qualify, all major contingencies must be cleared. The submission must be made by more than a single party or company in the transaction and the award is to be shared by the winners.

Your summary must include the following items:
- Project(s) Description: Please summarize why this deal should be nominated. Describe why this deal was unique or innovative in the Chicago Commercial Real Estate market. Include the scope of work, project size, location, and any additional information for the project completed in 2025 that you have referenced above.
- Project Complexity: Please describe any significant issues or challenges affecting the project, explain the unusual or difficult circumstances that were present, or arose during the process and how the parties navigated through the issues.
- Achievements: Please describe the reasons this project should be considered for this award. Discussion points should include client service innovations or improvements, growth and performance improvements (over previous year) and any professional association participation. Outline any lasting or sustainable impact that the transaction had or will have on the real estate community or the local economy in general.

Photos: Nominees are required to provide company logo(s). Please submit high resolution (300 dpi) files below. Additionally, please submit up to four photographs (maximum 1MB each) of nominee projects, buildings, or headshots. All files must be appropriately named and cannot contain special characters.
